About Tai Chi
Tai Chi is both a gentle martial art and a healing movement practice.

In our classes, students learn:

  • Slow movements to improve balance, flexibility, and coordination.

  • Calm, flowing movement combined with breathing for relaxation and mental clarity

  • The practical self-defence meaning behind Tai Chi movements

We teach Yang Style Tai Chi, which uses large, smooth, joint-friendly movements. This makes Tai Chi suitable for all ages and fitness levels, including beginners.

What a Class Looks Like

  • Gentle warm-up with balance, mobility, and breathing

  • Group practice of Tai Chi movements

  • Clear instruction with simple explanations

There is no pressure to be perfect. Students are encouraged to relax, follow along, and let the body learn naturally.
